I intentionally waited a few months before writing this review in case anything pops up with the workmanship or tunning. Glad to say after ~10,000km, so far so good. Had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and needless to say he was transparent and responsive throughout the exchange. Very pleasant to work with. Ran into a couple minor hick up during the procurement and install which with Chris's amazing customer service easily resolved without leaving me feeling taken advantage of. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who is thinking about getting some quality work done to their vehicle.Posted on K BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had SUCH a good experience here with their staff and really skilled and honest work by their mechanic. Compared to the experiences (and complete rip offs) I've had at BMW dealerships, I will be going here exclusively from now on. They're really fair here and they don't try to do work to your vehicle that you don't need. I highly recommend Calgary Autoworks to anyone.Posted on Sean MeekTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had them do the alignment on my drift car. Found some good starting specs to work off of, as I did not know where to start. Took the car to stratobash felt really good.Posted on Amanda GibsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't say enough good things. My MK4 is finally running great after years of trying to find the problem. After many expensive attempts from other companies, Calgary Autoworks found the solution within hours and it was the simplist solution. Chris and the team were more than patient with all my questions, and I can't recommend them enough.Posted on Jay EssTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris is awesome. Thought I had a slipping Trans due to my ECU tune from another shop being a little off. This place found that it wasn't Trans related at all. It was ignition problems. Audi is driving better than even now. Appreciate you guys.Posted on None Yer-businessTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I used these guys to install a bunch of parts that I had sourced from Europe, they communicated great, they did the job in the time frame they promised and the price was fair. I will definitely use them again.Posted on Rebecca HarperTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I brought my 2018 Audi Q5 in for a major scheduled service (120,000km) this week and had one of the best experiences of my life in a mechanic's shop. As a single female, I am often spoken down to when I take my car in and mechanics assume I don't know anything - not the case at Calgary Autoworks. I was spoken to with respect and never once felt taken advantage of. Their digital portal allowed for easy and clear communication throughout the entire process - from estimating all the way through to final invoicing. Photos of needed repairs were included in their inspection report and I was shown the damaged parts when I went to go pick up my vehicle. Repairs that were covered under Audi's extended warranty were noted and they suggested that I get those done at the dealership so that I wouldn't have to pay for them. And when I went to go pick up my car, they threw in a jug of coolant knowing that I'll be travelling solo to the west coast later this week before I can get my coolant pump replaced. I will absolutely be back again!Posted on Scott RademakerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brought my 2002 M3 to Calgary Autoworks as a new customer for some diagnostic and repair work. All my interactions with the business went through Chris. I found him to be respectful, knowledgeable, and prompt to respond. The inspection/diagnostic work revealed a few issues that were previously unknown to me. The shop didn't perform any further work until Chris and I had chatted and agreed on a plan to move forward. The repairs were then completed quickly, and Chris even kept the faulty parts to show me when I picked the car up a few days later(I didn't request this, but I do greatly appreciate it). If you own a euro and are looking for a reputable shop my recommendation goes to Calgary Autoworks. PS- Chris please send me the photos of my undercarriage
